Acceptable Use Policy (AUP)

Chapter 1: Purpose

1.1. This Acceptable Use Policy ("AUP") defines the permitted and prohibited uses of SAKSHYAHASH.in (the "Platform") and its associated application interfaces, verification registries, and document generation tools.

1.2. The purpose of this policy is to protect the Platform's technical infrastructure, maintain the integrity of its verification records, and prevent fraud, abuse, and security violations.

Chapter 2: Who This Policy Applies To

2.1. This AUP applies to all visitors, registered Users, customers, developers, and third parties accessing or interacting with the Platform. Any access to or use of the services constitutes agreement to comply with the terms of this AUP.

Chapter 3: Permitted Uses

3.1. Users may utilize the Platform for the following authorized activities, subject to credit availability and compliance with this AUP:

  • 3.1.1. In-browser generation of documentation, statutory packages, and cover pages.
  • 3.1.2. Querying the public registry using valid references to verify previously generated certificates.
  • 3.1.3. Creating, managing, and securing User accounts.
  • 3.1.4. Downloading purchased document packages, tax invoices, and verification logs.
  • 3.1.5. Communicating with Platform support for billing or technical inquiries.

Chapter 4: Prohibited Activities

4.1. Users shall not use the Platform or its services to engage in any of the following prohibited behaviors:

4.2. Unlawful and Misleading Use

  • 4.2.1. Processing or generating documentation based on deliberately falsified, fraudulent, or altered electronic records.
  • 4.2.2. Impersonating any person or entity, or misrepresenting your identity, authority, or relationship with a party.
  • 4.2.3. Generating documentation intended to mislead courts, law enforcement, or third parties.
  • 4.2.4. Processing materials that violate intellectual property, privacy, or trade secrets of third parties.

4.3. Technical and Infrastructure Abuse

  • 4.3.1. Attempting to reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble any software, library, or system architecture.
  • 4.3.2. Launching denial-of-service (DoS) or distributed denial-of-service (DDoS) attacks against the Platform.
  • 4.3.3. Distributing viruses, trojans, worms, logic bombs, or other malicious software.
  • 4.3.4. Attempting to bypass, disable, or circumvent any technical access control, rate limiter, or network security firewall.

4.4. Automated and Database Abuse

  • 4.4.1. Using automated tools, scrapers, indexers, or bots to crawl verification registries or harvest transaction metadata without authorization.
  • 4.4.2. Executing high-frequency registry lookups designed to harvest or brute-force Verification IDs.
  • 4.4.3. Attempting credential stuffing or brute-force attacks against user account login panels.

Chapter 5: Platform Integrity

5.1. Users must not engage in any activity that degrades, impairs, or restricts the availability, performance, or response time of SAKSHYAHASH.in databases, servers, or networks.

5.2. Excessive resource consumption, whether intentional or unintentional, may result in temporary or permanent restriction of account functions.

Chapter 6: Account Responsibilities

6.1. Users are responsible for maintaining the absolute security of their login credentials, passwords, and API keys.

6.2. Sharing account access with unauthorized third parties is prohibited. The account owner is liable for all activities, payments, and document generations executed using their credentials.

Chapter 7: Use of Generated Documentation

7.1. The User remains solely liable for the lawful deployment and representation of any Generated Documentation.

7.2. Generating certificates through the Platform does not validate the underlying legality of the files, and representing generated certificates as judicial proof or expert legal certifications is prohibited.

Chapter 8: Monitoring & Enforcement

8.1. SAKSHYAHASH.in reserves the right, where reasonably necessary and in accordance with applicable laws, to monitor access logs, query volumes, and transactional anomalies to identify potential violations of this AUP.

8.2. Security audits and monitoring are conducted using non-intrusive metadata analysis. The Platform does not inspect or store the contents of files analyzed during browser-based hash generation.

Chapter 9: Suspension & Restriction

9.1. SAKSHYAHASH.in reserves the right to take any of the following enforcement actions in response to suspected AUP violations:

  • 9.1.1. Restricting or throttling API access or search frequencies.
  • 9.1.2. Suspending or terminating User accounts and canceling remaining credits without refund.
  • 9.1.3. Temporarily or permanently blocking specific IP ranges or network domains.
  • 9.1.4. Preserving relevant audit logs and data manifests where reasonably necessary for legal compliance or investigation.

Chapter 10: Reporting Misuse

10.1. If you suspect that a User or third party is abusing the Platform, generating fraudulent certificates, or violating this AUP, please report it to: Email: Support@sakshyahash.in

Chapter 11: Policy Updates

11.1. SAKSHYAHASH.in reserves the right to modify this Acceptable Use Policy at any time. Revised versions will be posted on this page with an updated effective date.
