This Terms of Service & Verification Policy (the "Terms" or "Agreement") constitutes a legally binding agreement made between you, whether personally or on behalf of an entity ("you" or "User"), and SAKSHYAHASH.in (referred to as the "Platform," "we," "us," or "our"), concerning your access to and use of the SAKSHYAHASH.in website.
1.2. By accessing the Platform, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by all of these Terms. If you do not agree with all of these Terms, then you are expressly prohibited from using the Platform and you must discontinue use immediately.
1.3. The Platform provides digital document signing, manifest registration, and cryptographic verification services. These Terms govern the contractual relationship, responsibilities, and liabilities associated with the use of such services.
2.1. "Platform" refers to SAKSHYAHASH.in and all associated subdomains, application interfaces, and services.
2.2. "User" refers to any individual or legal entity accessing, uploading files to, or generating documentation via the Platform.
2.3. "Original Document" or "Original File" refers to any electronic record, file, or data package uploaded by the User to the Platform for processing.
2.4. "Generated Documentation" refers to any PDF report, statutory package, cover letter, or tax invoice produced by the Platform on behalf of the User.
2.5. "Session ID" or "Session" refers to the unique identifier generated by the Platform to group and track a specific set of processed documents.
2.6. "Report ID" refers to the unique identifier printed on the Generated Documentation to identify the verification record.
2.7. "Verification Reference" or "Verification ID" refers to the unique reference string (e.g., `SH-XXXXXX`) assigned to a specific documentation and verification record.
2.8. "Manifest Hash" or "Session Manifest Hash" refers to the SHA-256 hash representing the integrity of the collective database entries and file associations for a specific Session.
2.9. "Document Hash" or "Logical Hash" refers to the individual SHA-256 hash computed for a specific file or generated report.
2.10. "Verification Event" refers to any instance where a User or third party queries the Platform via QR Code or direct upload to verify the validity of previously generated documentation.
3.1. SAKSHYAHASH.in is a technical platform designed to facilitate cryptographic hash generation, manifest registration, and document verification services.
3.2. The Platform is not a law firm, does not provide legal advice, and does not represent itself as a government body or judicial authority. The generated reports and statutory packages are automated technical outputs based solely on user-supplied details and cryptographic computations.
3.3. Users are advised to seek independent legal counsel regarding the admissibility or formatting requirements of any documentation generated through the Platform in their respective jurisdictions.

5.1. By accessing or using the Platform, you represent and warrant that:
6.1. In order to utilize certain advanced features or purchase service plans, you may be required to register an account or verify your identity via transactional details (e.g., email address and mobile number).
6.2. You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials, transaction tokens, and verification parameters.
6.3. Any activity conducted under your verified credentials or transaction sessions shall be deemed to have been executed by you. You must immediately notify the Platform of any unauthorized access or security breach.
7.1. Users may upload electronic records to generate documentation packages. The Platform calculates the cryptographic signature (SHA-256) of the uploaded files locally in the User's browser window using WebAssembly to maintain file privacy.
7.2. The User is required to enter specific details, including party names, relationships, device particulars, and ownership status. The accuracy of all such input parameters remains the sole responsibility of the User as detailed in Chapter 11.
7.3. Upon successful generation, the Platform stores the resulting manifest and document parameters in the registry and permits the User to download the PDF files.
8.1. The Platform maintains a verification registry to check the authenticity of previously generated documentation.
8.2. Verification may be performed by entering a valid Report ID, Session ID, or Verification Reference, or by uploading the original file to compute its current hash and compare it to the stored manifest.
8.3. The verification status returned by the Platform represents a match or mismatch against stored database records. The Platform does not inspect the contents of the files during verification and makes no representation regarding the substantive truth or accuracy of the documents themselves.

11.1. The Platform operates on an automated self-service model. We do not verify, audit, or edit the names, addresses, serial numbers, or device descriptions entered by the User during document creation.
11.2. The presence of inaccurate, incomplete, or false details in the Generated Documentation may invalidate its technical utility or admissibility. The User assumes all risks associated with errors in data input.
12.1. The Platform strives to maintain consistent uptime. However, service availability is provided on an "as-is" and "as-available" basis.
12.2. Uptime may be impacted by scheduled maintenance, server migrations, third-party network outages, database synchronization routines, or events beyond our control (Force Majeure).
12.3. The Platform does not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operations and shall not be liable for losses resulting from temporary service suspensions.
13.1. All components of the Platform, including but not limited to software code, website layouts, graphics, database schemas, logo designs, and system architectures, are the exclusive property of SAKSHYAHASH.in or its licensors.
13.2. Subject to compliance with these Terms, the Platform grants the User a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access the site and utilize the document generation tools for personal or authorized business purposes.
14.1. Access to documentation generation services requires the purchase of plan credits or individual document generation fees.
14.2. All payments are processed securely through authorized third-party payment gateways (e.g., Razorpay). The Platform does not store raw credit card numbers or payment credentials on its local servers.
14.3. You agree to pay all applicable fees, taxes, and transaction surcharges associated with your selected service plan.
15.1. Due to the digital, immediate nature of credit delivery and document generation, all purchases are generally final and non-refundable once credit usage has initiated.
15.2. Exceptions may be evaluated on a case-by-case basis under our Grievance Redressal policy (Chapter 25) in cases of documented duplicate transactions or technical server errors preventing generation.
16.1. We respect your privacy. The processing of your personal details, transactional records, and cryptographic signatures is governed by our Privacy Policy.
16.2. By agreeing to these Terms, you consent to our collection and usage of metadata necessary to operate the documentation registry and verification index.
17.1. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, in no event shall SAKSHYAHASH.in, its directors, employees, or agents be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, punitive, or consequential damages resulting from:
18.1. You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless the Platform, its parent companies, officers, and contractors from and against any claims, damages, obligations, losses, liabilities, costs, or debt (including legal fees) arising from:

The Platform shall not be held liable or responsible for any failure to perform, or delay in performance of, any of its obligations under these Terms that is caused by events outside our reasonable control, including but not limited to acts of God, war, strikes, cyber-attacks, network failures, or governmental restrictions.
20.1. The Platform reserves the right to suspend or restrict a User's access to the services immediately, without notice, if we reasonably suspect:

21.2. The Platform may terminate this Agreement and your access to the services at any time for convenience by providing notice, or immediately upon breach. All provisions of these Terms which by their nature should survive termination shall survive.
22.1. The Platform constantly updates its features. We reserve the right to add, modify, or discontinue any feature, tool, or service pathway at any time without prior liability to the User.
23.1. We reserve the right to modify or replace these Terms at any time.
23.2. Revised terms will be posted directly on this page with an updated effective date. Your continued use of the Platform after such changes constitute your acceptance of the revised Terms.
24.1. This Agreement and your use of the Platform are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India, without regard to its conflict of law principles.
25.1. Any dispute, controversy, or claim arising out of or relating to this Agreement, including its formation, validity, breach, or termination, shall be referred to and resolved by arbitration in accordance with the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996.
25.2. The place of arbitration shall be Mumbai, India. The proceedings shall be conducted in English.

27.1. Severability: If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable or invalid, that provision will be limited or eliminated to the minimum extent necessary so that these Terms will otherwise remain in full force and effect.

27.3. Entire Agreement: These Terms constitute the entire agreement between us regarding our service, and supersede and replace any prior agreements we might have had between us.
