Verification Standards & Technical Review Policy

Chapter 1: Purpose

1.1. This Verification Standards & Technical Review Policy (the "Verification Policy") defines the operational verification standards, procedures, limitations, and guidelines governing the document verification registry services provided by SAKSHYAHASH.in (the "Platform").

1.2. The verification registry is maintained to assist Users and third parties in checking the cryptographic consistency of documentation previously generated through the Platform.

Chapter 2: Scope

2.1. Verification services are limited to structured certificates, manifests, and documentation packages generated natively through the SAKSHYAHASH.in platform.

2.2. The Platform does not verify, validate, or certify third-party documents, files, or certificates that have not been generated and registered through the Platform.

Chapter 3: Verification Requests

3.1. Users or third parties may initiate a verification request by:

3.1.1. Scanning the QR code printed on SAKSHYAHASH.in certificates.
3.1.2. Entering a valid Report ID, Session ID, or Verification Reference on our designated Verify Page.
3.1.3. Uploading the original document to compute its current hash and check it against the registry database.

Chapter 4: Verification Results & Statuses

The Platform returns one of the following operational statuses in response to a verification request:

4.1. Verification Completed

The search parameter or calculated file hash exactly matches a valid, active entry in the registry database. The associated metadata, Session ID, and document registry entries are displayed.

4.2. Verification Record Not Located

The search parameter or calculated file hash does not correspond to any registered records in our databases. Users are advised to review the spelling of the ID or confirm that they are uploading the original document.

4.3. Verification Unavailable

The registry is temporarily offline or undergoing maintenance, preventing active queries.

4.4. Verification Requires Additional Review

The request is flagged by our security monitors or is subject to an active dispute, requiring manual technical assessment as described in Chapter 7.

Chapter 5: User Responsibilities

5.1. Users seeking verification services must:

5.1.1. Retain independent, duplicate copies of all original files processed through the Platform.
5.1.2. Ensure the accuracy of all reference IDs or document packages submitted for verification.
5.1.3. Cooperate in good faith with Platform support staff if a manual technical review is required.

Chapter 6: Verification Limitations

6.1. Verification services confirm only the cryptographic consistency of document signatures against the platform registry database.

6.2. A successful verification status does not constitute a certification of:

6.2.1. The legal ownership or authorship of the files.
6.2.2. The admissibility of the document in court proceedings.
6.2.3. The accuracy of the statements or descriptions entered by the User.
6.2.4. Intellectual property rights or licensing terms.
6.2.5. Compliance with regulatory mandates outside cryptographic hash matching.

Chapter 7: Additional Technical Review

7.1. SAKSHYAHASH.in reserves the right to conduct additional technical reviews of verification records and associated manifests if:

7.1.1. A dispute or challenge is filed regarding a specific certificate.
7.1.2. Systematic database corruption or synchronization anomalies are detected.
7.1.3. Potential security violations or registry abuse patterns are identified.

7.2. Such reviews are conducted at the discretion of the Platform to verify the structural integrity of the database entries.

Chapter 8: Disputed Verification Requests

8.1. If a User or third party disputes the outcome of a verification request (e.g., claiming a mismatch occurred for an authentic document):

8.1.1. The disputing party must submit a technical review request to Support@sakshyahash.in.
8.1.2. SAKSHYAHASH.in may request the submitter to provide the original document files and reference PDFs for local analysis.
8.1.3. SAKSHYAHASH.in will evaluate the request and provide a technical resolution summary.

Chapter 9: Verification Integrity & Safeguards

9.1. SAKSHYAHASH.in employs redundant database logging, automated sync-verification checks, and secure ledger backups to maintain the integrity of its registry databases.

9.2. These safeguards are intended to prevent data loss or unauthorized modifications. The Platform does not claim absolute infallibility.

Chapter 10: Reservation of Rights

10.1. SAKSHYAHASH.in reserves the right to:

10.1.1. Enhance and upgrade verification methods and UI interfaces.
10.1.2. Retain or retire obsolete verification references.
10.1.3. Implement additional security rate limiters to prevent registry scraping.
10.1.4. Update verification statuses in response to confirmed judicial orders or database corrections.

Chapter 11: Technical Assistance

11.1. Support agents may assist Users in explaining verification logs, resolving registry search errors, or troubleshooting PDF parsing issues. Any technical assistance provided by support agents is for informational purposes only and does not constitute legal advice, judicial certification, or expert legal opinion.

Chapter 12: Disclaimers

12.1. VERIFICATION SERVICES ARE PROVIDED "AS IS" AND WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. SAKSHYAHASH.IN DOES NOT REPRESENT OR WARRANT THAT VERIFICATION RESULTS WILL BE ADMISSIBLE IN ANY COURT OF LAW OR THAT THEY CONSTITUTE PROOF OF FACT BEYOND CRYPTOGRAPHIC FILE CONSISTENCY.

Chapter 13: Limitation of Verification Services

13.1. Verification services operate subject to: applicable law, availability of relevant records, operational requirements, reasonable security measures, and the information available at the time of review.

Chapter 14: Policy Updates

14.1. SAKSHYAHASH.in reserves the right to modify this Verification Standards & Technical Review Policy at any time. Updates will be posted on this page with an updated effective date.
