2.7. "Branding" refers to all logos, trade dress, color schemes, font selections, and trade names of the Platform.
2.8. "User Content" refers to the files, data, descriptions, and party details uploaded to the Platform by the User.
2.9. "Intellectual Property" or "IP" refers to all patents, copyrights, trademarks, service marks, trade secrets, trade dress, database rights, design rights, and business methods.
3.1. SAKSHYAHASH.in remains the exclusive owner of all Platform Software, user interfaces, database structures, workflows, compilation works, business methods, graphic assets, layouts, designs, and original documentation. Nothing in this Agreement transfers any title, ownership, or intellectual property rights of the Platform to any User or third party.
4.1. The User retains all ownership and copyright rights in their uploaded files and raw data.
4.2. By uploading content, the User grants SAKSHYAHASH.in a limited, non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide license to process the files solely in-browser for the purpose of executing hash calculations and manifest creation.
5.1. The Generated Reports, Generated Certificates, and Generated Invoices are licensed to the User for personal, evidentiary, governmental, corporate, or professional purposes.
5.2. Generation of documentation does not transfer ownership of the underlying Platform templates, layouts, designs, or Software to the User.
6.1. Subject to credit validation and compliance with these Terms, the Platform grants the User a perpetual, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to utilize, print, and submit the Generated Documentation.
6.2. Permitted use includes legal proceedings, statutory submissions, auditing, and corporate record-keeping.
