3.1. All capitalized terms used but not defined in this document shall have the meanings assigned to them in Chapter 2 of the SAKSHYAHASH.in Terms of Service & Verification Policy.

4.1. We collect the following categories of information to operate our Platform:

• 4.1.1. Account & Workflow Status: SAKSHYAHASH.in operates primarily through transaction-based and guest workflows. We do not support public user accounts or logins for customers, and do not collect customer passwords. Administrator accounts are internal platform functions and are not part of the public service.
• 4.1.2. Contact Information: Email addresses and mobile telephone numbers.
• 4.1.3. Billing Information: Payment order IDs, transaction values, billing names, and GST registration details.
• 4.1.4. Transaction Records: Logs of purchased plans, remaining credits, and coupon campaign codes.
• 4.1.5. Verification Requests: Cryptographic search terms, query types, IP addresses, and user-agent strings.
• 4.1.6. Uploaded Files: Raw binary data of uploaded documents processed temporarily in-browser to compute cryptographic signatures.
• 4.1.7. Generated Documentation: Stored metadata of reports, cover pages, and invoices generated by the User.
• 4.1.8. Technical Logs: Server access logs, query parameters, network request times, and database metrics.
• 4.1.9. Device Information: Type of browser, operational system, and hardware characteristics used to access the Platform.

5.1. We process your information for the following legitimate purposes:

• 5.1.1. Service Provision: Operating the documentation registry, calculating file signatures, and generating legal report templates.
• 5.1.2. Verification Operation: Hosting a public ledger allowing users or authorities to verify the consistency of platform certificates.
• 5.1.3. Transaction Management: Processing billing, validating coupon codes, and issuing Tax Invoices.
• 5.1.4. Security & Monitoring: Detecting automated abuse, preventing fraudulent checkout, and identifying infrastructure anomalies.
• 5.1.5. Legal Compliance: Retaining financial summaries and verification records in compliance with governing statutes.

6.1. When you select or upload a file for documentation generation or verification, the file's SHA-256 cryptographic signature is computed locally inside your web browser.

6.2. Under standard operations, the raw file contents are processed within temporary client-side memory (WebAssembly) and are not transmitted to or stored on SAKSHYAHASH.in servers.

6.3. Users are solely responsible for preserving and storing the original files on their own systems or secure storage drives.

7.1. To operate the verification registry, we permanently store the cryptographic results (the SHA-256 hashes of the original files) together with the Session ID, Report ID, and Verification ID in our database registry.

7.2. These verification records do not contain the original file contents or readable text, but serve as a public, mathematically provable reference to verify document integrity.

8.1. Credit purchases and plan activations are billed using third-party payment processors (e.g., Razorpay).

8.2. SAKSHYAHASH.in does not store, collect, or transmit card numbers, bank credentials, or payment gateway passwords. All payment transactions are governed by the respective payment gateway's privacy standards.

9.1. We use essential, functional, and analytical cookies to remember user language preferences, preserve session states, and monitor network performance.

10.1. We employ industry-standard administrative, physical, and technical safeguards designed to protect our registry records, user accounts, and transactional metadata.

10.2. These safeguards include data encryption in transit, strict access control lists for database instances, and continuous audit logging. However, no digital service can promise absolute security.

11.1. We retain transactional and verification records to provide persistent verification capability.

12.1. In accordance with applicable laws, Users may exercise the following rights:

• 12.1.1. Access: Retrieve records of their generated manifests, payment invoices, and logging events.
• 12.1.2. Correction: Update profile data or billing details (excluding completed document manifests, which are immutable).
• 12.1.3. Deletion: Request deletion of personal account records, subject to regulatory retention exceptions.

13.1. We partner with authorized third-party services to deliver services, including:

• 13.1.1. Database Providers: Hosted database engines (e.g., Turso) for registry logs.
• 13.1.2. Payment Processors: Gateways processing secure transactions.
• 13.1.3. Support Tools: Automated notification services.

14.1. The registry and technical databases may be hosted or processed on servers located outside your home country. By using the Platform, you consent to the transfer, storage, and processing of metadata across international borders.

15.1. Our services are directed to adults and are not designed for children under eighteen (18) years of age. We do not intentionally collect personal data from minors.
